Importance of fiber

In nutrition, the recommended intake of fiber is 30 grams per day, but in Spain, as in other developed countries, the contribution of the latter is increasingly low and also of inferior quality. Therefore, the incorporation in the diet of Pronagar® facilitates the intake of the recommended daily dose of fiber.

Compared with other foods, it must be clarified that those we currently know as enriched fibers only contain 6 to 45% of fiber, in contrast to Pronagar® which provides 94.8%:

 

Bran: from maíze 85%;
from wheat 44%
Legumes: 10-20%
Apple: 12%
Breakfast Cereals: 10,3%

Whole wheat bread: 8,5%
Soy: 6%
Fiber biscuits: 5-12%
Whole wheat pasta: 5%;
Brown ricel: 4%
Yogurt with fiber: 2%
